You We build the technology. You run the business.

Pyflx modernizes legacy systems, deploys resilient cloud infrastructure, and automates core business workflows. From enterprise software integrations to custom data and AI solutions, we engineer the systems companies rely on.

Assess. Build. Prove.

The work isn't finished until the numbers say so. Every project closes against a baseline agreed before it starts.

The Pyflx approach

We go looking for the gaps nobody has got round to closing, and show how we'd close them.

The person who built it left in 2016.

Most companies here are running on software that still works and nobody fully understands. The documentation was never written. The vendor who built it has moved on. The three people who knew how it fit together have all left.

So the system stays untouched. Integrations get bolted on rather than designed in. Manual workarounds become permanent. And every year the cost of leaving it alone gets quietly higher than the cost of fixing it.

That is the work we take on.

In 2026, we built a system that puts any tile into any room from a single photo. Nobody asked for it.

We saw how the client's customers were choosing tiles, built it anyway, and it became one of their favourite tools.

Modernize, don't replace

Most businesses don't need new systems. They need the ones they already run to connect, automate and keep up. That's where we start.

The cost of standing still

Every workaround costs hours, every week. Fix the system underneath and the business gets that time back, measured against where it started.
